Fiesta Mexicana - Mexican Fiesta

Dificultades: Baja participación / Pocas donaciones / Instalación eléctrica / Falta material de construcción / Poca asistencia a las juntas del comité.
Difficulties: Low participation / Few donations / More electrical outlets / Lack of construction materials / Low committee attendance

Necesidades: Promoción y publicidad / Cemento i.e. pista, tarima / Material de construcción / Cartas para pedir donaciones / Distribución de boletos.
Needs: Advertisement and publicity / A larger cement floor area / Construction materials / Letters to ask for donations / Fiesta Ticket distribution.

Propuestas: Extendernos más en el espacio de la parroquia / Que cada familia compre un block de boletos / Que cada ministerio se comprometa a tener un puesto de comida o juego
Suggestions: To expand the Fiesta Area Grounds / That each family buy a block of tickets / To get ministries to run a concession stand-booth or a game at the Fiesta.

Finance - Finanzas

Dificultades: Falta de comunicación  
Difficulties: Poor communication

Necesidades: Una caja fuerte para el dinero en el área de trabajo / Cambiar de oficina / Una silla más en el área de trabajo  
Needs: A safe box where money is counted / Look for a better counting area / An extra chair where counters work

Propuestas: Educar a los feligreses y al grupo de finanzas sobre el diezmo / Acceso al internet / Privacidad mientras se cuenta  
Suggestions: To instruct parishioners and money counters about tithing / Internet Access / Privacy while counting

Grupo San José - Group of St. Joseph

Dificultades: Horario y falta de privacidad para la oración - la enseñanza y el aprendizaje.  
Difficulties: Schedule and lack of a more secluded space for prayer - teaching - learning.

Necesidades: Mejor lugar y horario
Needs: Better place and schedule

Propuestas: Necesidad de un guía espiritual / Formación de un grupo de oración nocturna  
Suggestions: We need a spiritual guide / Start a group for night adoration.

Ministros de la Eucaristía - Eucharistic Ministers

Dificultades: Falta de asistencia a las juntas mensuales / Falta preparar algunos ministros para dar comunión a los enfermos / Ausencia de ministros cuando deben servir.  
Difficulties: Low attendance at monthly meetings / We need to prepare some ministers to take communion to the sick / Ministers not showing up when they are scheduled.

Necesidades: Necesitamos más ministros para la misa de las 12:00 pm / Preparar ministros para dar comunión a los enfermos / Renovar la fe de los que ya no quieren servir.  
Needs: More ministers for the 12:00 pm Mass / Prepare ministers to take communion to the sick / To enkindle the faith of those already serving.

Propuestas: No es necesario hacer una renovación en Tepeyac porque lo que hacemos nunca va a cambiar.  
Suggestions: There is no need to periodically take renewal courses at Tepeyac since what we do never changes.

Coro de 8:00 am - 8:00 am Choir

Dificultades: Libros de Flor y Canto no adecuados - dificultad para seguir los cantos / Falta de espacio / Poca participación de la congregación durante la misa / Falta de un misal dominical para seguir las lecturas y los salmos  
Difficulties: Flor y Canto hymnals difficult to follow / Lack of space / Few sing during liturgy / There is no way to follow the readings and the psalms during the liturgy

Necesidades: Libros de canto con letra grande y sin partituras / Misal con las lecturas 
Needs: Hymnals with bigger print and without scores / Missalette to follow readings

Propuestas: Practicar el canto con la gente antes de la misa / Obtener información de copyright para ver si podemos tener permiso de hacer copias de cantos / Otro libro de cantos adecuado / Proyector para los cantos.  
Suggestions: To practice the songs before Mass / To get copyright information when printing songs / A better song book / A projector for songs

Danza - Liturgical Dance

Dificultades: Cuando otras personas llaman al Sheriff por el ruido / Incumplimiento e irresponsabilidad cuando se falta a las prácticas  
Difficulties: While rehearsing, the problem of noise which brings the Sheriff to stop it / Failing to show up for rehearsals

Necesidades: Transportación / Alumbrado el día de la Akermes@ / Que nos tomen en cuenta / Necesidad de un puesto para la comida.  
Needs: Transportation / Better lighting during the Fiesta Mexicana / To be taken into account / We need a food booth for our dancers.

Propuestas: Impulsar la Danza / Que los integrantes de la Danza asistan a misa.  
Suggestions: To promote liturgical dance / That those already involved in this ministry come to Mass.

Ushers - Ministros de Hospitalidad

Dificultades: Sentar a la gente cuando ha comenzado la misa.  
Difficulties: To accommodate people while mass is going on.

Necesidades: Necesitamos más ministros de hospitalidad.  
Needs: We need more ushers.

Propuestas: Invitar a la comunidad para que sean ministros de la hospitalidad.  
Suggestions: Invite the community to become ushers.

Cocina - Kitchen

Dificultades: Supervisar mejor el uso de la cocina para seguir el orden establecido y la reglamentación debida.  
Difficulties: To keep the kitchen use in check as far as following food handling policies.

Necesidades: Artículos necesarios para el buen funcionamiento de la cocina / Microondas / Licuadora comercial.  
Needs: Various kitchen utensils / Microwave oven / Commercial blender.

Propuestas: Desechar artículos que no se usen en la cocina /  Cambiar abanico.  
Suggestions: Get rid of items not in use in the kitchen / Change the fan.

Coro de las 10:00 am - 10:00 am Choir

Dificultades: Impuntalidad / No hay preparación para los cantos que se dan con una semana de antelación / Desacuerdos / Cambio de tonos / Gente nueva que quieren dirigir de buenas a primeras y luego no viene  Difficulties: Not starting on time / Songs are not practiced in time for the liturgy / Disagreements / Right pitch / Newcomers who want to take over the choir and then fail to show up.

Necesidades: Necesitamos más guitarristas  / Un micrófono más / Alguien que toque el teclado  / Un stand y una bocina /  A veces hay problemas dónde practicar.  
Needs: We need more guitarists / We need another microphone / We need someone to play the keyboard / We need a stand and a speaker / Sometimes we have problems finding a place to practice.

Propuestas: Junta con los tres coros para tener más comunicación y algún día cantar todos juntos / Ser más puntuales / Ser disciplinados / Respetarnos / Entregarnos con todo el corazón / Ser objetivos en las actividades: si práctica, entonces práctica y si es misa, misa.  
Suggestions: Get together with other choirs to coordinate events when could sing together / To be on time / To be more disciplined / To respect each other / To serve with all our hearts / To be coherent in our activities - during practice or Mass.

Grupo de Jóvenes - Youth Group

Necesidades: Falta de más líderes con ideas frescas y capacidad de ejercer control en las juntas / Un guía espiritual  
Needs: New leaders with fresh ideas and skills to coordinate group / A spiritual guide.

Propuestas: Formar un grupo de líderes para planear las juntas acompañados del sacerdote / Mostrarse disponibles para con la parroquia  
Suggestions: To create a group of leaders to plan meetings with priest / To be available to the parish.

Catechists - Catequistas

Dificultades: Asistencia a las juntas y a las clases / Comunicación con los padres de familia / Formación de los catequistas.  
Difficulties: Attendance to meetings and classes / Catechist training / Communication with parents.

Necesidades: Una televisión nueva / Más catequistas  
Needs: A new TV / More catechists.

Propuestas: Clases de crecimiento para catequistas en Inglés y Español - dos por año /  Actividades en Diciembre - Posadas / Organizadores para las actividades - Diciembre y Pasión de Cristo / Classes de formación / Formación para los catequistas (en la parroquia).  
Suggestions: Two training sessions for catechist a year in English and Spanish / Be involved with Posadas and other activities in December / Organizers to carry out activities in December and also in Lent / In Parish Formation classes.

English Confirmation - Confirmación en Inglés

Dificultades: Asistencia a las clases, a las misas y a las actividades.  
Difficulties: Attendance to classes, masses and activities.

Necesidades: Catequistas bilingües / Reglas para la asistencia a clases y a la misa.  
Needs: Bilingual Catechists / Norms regarding class and mass attendance.

Propuestas: Proponer reglas para la asistencia.  
Suggestions: Propose rules for attendance.

Grupo Nehemías - Nehemiah Group

Dificultades: Convocar a los líderes y servidores / El apoyo de la comunidad / Asistencia de Padres y Padrinos / Fondos: Biblias, comida y materiales / No hay voluntad para instruirse y crecer.  
Difficulties: Bring leaders and helpers together / Lack of community support / Low attendance of parents and godparents / Funds for Bibles, food and other resources / Low desire for learning and growth / Better place for meetings

Necesidades: Mejor lugar para las reuniones / Crecimiento para los Padres y Padrinos / Asesoramiento, guía espiritual para la coordinadora de este ministerio / Participación del sacerdote

Propuestas: Invitar a Padres y Padrinos por medio del Boletín / Exposición del Santísimo / Confesiones durante el retiro / Juntarse con los líderes dos veces antes del retiro, dos veces con el equipo y una vez con los servidores

Lectors - Lectores

Dificultades: No todos son responsables en su ministerio / No todos asisten a las juntas mensuales / Malos entendidos / Durante las juntas algunos lectores no toman en serio lo que se habla dando lugar a interrupciones constantes lo que provoca un atraso en las juntas / Ignorancia de lecturas en las misas especiales / Los lectores sólo quieren servir en ciertas misas / Más respeto por los demás lectores.
Difficulties: Lack of responsability / Low meeting attendance / Misunderstandings / Meeting not taken seriously / Ignorance of readings for special Masses / Lectors only willing to serve at certain Masses / Lack of respect for other lectors.

Necesidades: Necesitamos más lectores / Más crecimiento espiriual / Falta otro micrófono para los anuncios / Cultivar más el ministerio del lector con convivencias

Suggestions: To be more responsible and to take seriously our ministry / Some suggest that there is no need to go back to Tepeyac for renewal / Another microphone / Let a choir member do the Mass introduction.

Altar Servers - Monaguillos

Dificultades: La comunicación entre servidores del altar / Falta de más monaguillos  
Difficulties: Coordination of altar servers / Few are present

Necesidades: Más jóvenes o niños - hombres y mujeres  
Needs: More boys and girls

Propuestas: Hacer la invitación general ya que es tiempo de cambio y renovación.  
Suggestions: Invite boys and girls to join this ministry.

Casa Iglesia  House Church

Dificultades: Participación de vecinos que no son Católicos que tratan de influir o dominar la reunión / Discordias que resultan de una mala comprensión de la fe.  
Difficulties: Participation of neighbors who are not Catholic and who try to influence or dominate the meeting / Disagreements that result from a poor understanding of the faith.

Necesidades: Biblias / Misales / Textos personales / Dirección pastoral / Reforzar la fe Católica por medio de clases, servicios y reuniones sociales entre feligreses
Needs: Bibles / Missalettes / Pastoral care / Streghten the Catholic faith by way of classes, liturgical services and social gatherings among parishoners.

Propuestas: Invitar a la comunidad para que formen parte de las Casas Iglesias.  
Suggestions: Invite the community to join House Churches

House Church Classes - Clases para Casas Iglesias

Dificultades: Asistencia  
Difficulties: Attendance

Necesidades: Pizarrón grande sobre ruedas que permanezca en la cafetería para las muchas ocasiones de clases o reuniones de tamaño 4x8.  
Needs: A 4x8 size board on wheels in the cafeteria to be used for clases or meetings.

Propuestas: Celebración en las Casas Iglesias de la eucaristía con nuestro párroco cuando el tiempo lo permita  
Suggestions: Celebrate Mass at the House Churches whenever possible.

Ministerio del Ornato (Decoration Ministry): embellecer el templo (To keep up with worship asthetics)

Ministerio del Jardín (Garden Ministry): Cuidar las zonas verdes del templo (To take care of green areas).

Encuentro Matrimonial

Dificultades: No hay suficientes parejas activas en la comunidad de San Juan Diego.

Difficulties: There are not enought active couples at San Juan Diego.

Necesidades: Animar a las parejas a que se involucren y pertenezcan al Encuentro Matrimonial

Needs: Encourage couples to join and to belong to the Marriage Encounter

Propuestas: Invitar a parejas que se vayan a casar o que ya vivan juntos a vivir la experiencia - retiro del Encuentro Matrimonial.

Suggestions: Invite couples who are about to marry or who may be living together to go to the Marriage Encounter retreat.
